Maxman consultants is a company offering consultancy, advice, courses and seminars on people development and coaching. The brief was to create a learning system for coaches that included the creation, administration, management and evaluation of surveys. Implemented company surveys, online questionnaires, survey cross-evaluation and supporting website.
Implementation
The output of this project was a system providing personal audits in companies through uniquely designed questionnaires. The system allows the creation of questionnaires with different types of questions.
Also, evaluating and creating a hierarchy of users who evaluated and administered the questionnaires. It also included a feedback questionnaire.
